These dumbbell plates are for spin lock dumbbells. With these plates, you can freely change the weights of dumbbell as you need.
Features
1) As surface treatment, there are 2 options. One is spray painting, the other is stoving varnish.
2) Weights are available in 0.5kg, 1.25kg, 1.5kg, 2.5kg, and 5kg.
Different sizes of weight plates allow you to increase or decrease the weights to perform custom exercises every time. User can add weight for lower body movements or remove weight for upper body movements.

How to tighten spinlock dumbbell plates properly?
First, place the plates on the spin lock lever. Then put on the spinlock collars and tighten with your fingers as much as possible. This should ensure that the rubber ring on the inside of the collar docks and grasps with the plates.
